Hello Clickie,
I did check your account and found that your subscription is already cancelled and your account is downgraded to free plan. Unfortunately it is not possible to reactivate cancelled subscription.
You will have to upgrade your account again. Please take a look at the following guide on how to upgrade your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
Your account is currently over quota and since you will need to login to upgrade your account, I have activated your account for now.
