how do I set the drop down box for more than one to use the name

I tried to use the drop down selection on my registration form and once someone selects an organization, the next registrant doesn't seem to be able use that affiliation again...

Not sure what I did wrong and I don't see a setting to adjust it.

The dropdown field in your form will allow users to select the same option across multiple submissions.  Your form is set up to only allow for a single submission per cookie/IP:

If you want to allow for more than one submission per user, change this setting to no check.
