I have a customer that cannot upload files

    I have a customer that cannot upload files.  I have uploaded the files on my end with no issues.  File size is ok and file extensions are allowed.

    Please ask your customer if he's getting an error while uploading the file or when the form submitted. Your file upload is working properly, so I think the customer made a mistake while filling up the form.

    I would also suggest re-embedding your form using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. This just to prevent a possible conflict that will break the functions in the form.
