How can I recover an accidentally deleted submission?

Hi - I got an error message when I tried to send in the question last time, sorry if duplicate: I accidentally deleted a submission. Is there way a get it back?

Unfortunately, the deleted submission cannot be restored. However, if you want to recover the data received through the submission, you may retrieve it by checking the email notification received. You may check the email history log of your account by following the guide below:

If you have any cloud storage like Google Drive, DropBox, etc integrated to your form, you may retrieve the submission data there.
