Hi I seem to be having trouble with people filling my form out on an iphone.  The form is hard to scroll on the page and every time you fill info in it jumps you out of the inputting data fields on the phone and back to the webpage. I think it would be better if I could somehow make the form scroll bar more easily identifiable.  Im also getting feedback that then when they get to submit it take you back to the top of the form.  When I have done a test run it keeps jumping me back to my email address (as if its wrong) but then when you try and type something in the box in that field the view on your iphone is of entry boxes a few questions down! Any help I can get to make this form more user friendly would be great as Im losing sales & bookings! This sits on my wix website, if I cant find a way to make jotform work I will have to find another solution.  Please help Im desperate.

    Hello,

We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

I have checked your website on iPhone 6s, Safari. I have experienced that it jumped me to the top of the page when I was fulfilling the fields at the bottom and I was never able to submit the form on your website.

I have cloned your form named "Forever Kombis Online Inquiry Form" on my side in order to test it. It has no problem on iPhones itself.

I think the reason of the issue is your Wix website, you can make the form container larger in order to fit the form inside. The form is mobile responsive but the container where you've embedded the form isn't, so it's indeed a Wix compatibility issue.

Moreover, I notice that you are using Wix to host your website and see that you have used the iframe embed code. Could you try embedding the form on your web page by using the direct form link in Website Address instead of iframe embed code?

Besides, I have seen that you have injected some CSS codes to the form. Please remove them and test again. They can break the form on mobiles.

Please test your form again and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks - how do I remove the CSS codes?  Im not very good at this and I think the CSS was added because in a past question someone suggested this would fix a problem I was having.  I have changed the link to the form as a website address but its still not working well.

You may inject/remove the CSS code from the CSS section of the Form Designer.
