Prepopulate a section of a form before sending to a customer to complete.

I am currently creating a form that i can send to numerous people at a time to complete separately.

I require our staff to fill in the fields- location (from a dropdown box), name of photographer, the customers first and last name, names of other guests, the date and to be able to upload an image.

The form would then be sent onto the customer for them to check the already pre-populated fields have the correct information, then sign the form and tick some boxes.

Is this possible on JotForm? I have tried using a prepopulate fields guide(https://eu.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form) but i am struggling to get it to work and suit this forms needs.

    Please advise me

As I can understand your workflow, you will send the form to the first person that will fill out part of the fields, then the form needs to be sent to someone else that will review the answers and fill our another part of the fields.

Will you have two different forms or will your users fill out one form only?

If you're planning to use one form only, then you will not need to pre-populate data, you will only need to send the email notification, including the edit link, to the second person so he/she can review the submission and complete the needed fields.

I have checked your form, but I cannot find any redirection to a different form; however, you may provide us both forms in case you're redirecting to a second totally different form.

This guide will help you to include the edit link on your emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
