When trying to integrate JotForm with Mailchimp, under the Match Your Fields Section, I am unable to put my email address. Why is this the case and how would we be able to fix this?

If you're referring to this form (http://www.jotform.ca/form/71451722221243), I checked it and I can see that it has no Email Address field. Please add an Email Address field to your form so you can match it with Mailchimp Integration.
