How to setup an email notification

I believe I finally created a form correctly to use . I would like to send it to people and have them fill it out and have a copy emailed back to me? How do I set that up with a free account? I expect to use your software 2-4 times a month so I am not ready for a paid subscription. 

The form will be emailed instead of going on my website.

You can send your users an email with a link to the form, you can find the link to your form by clicking on publish, and then copy the link:
