Can you please provide us more info about what you mean by posting in file section on group facebook? Did you mean you want to upload the form on the file section in the Facebook group? If yes, you can convert your form into a PDF file and upload it. Here's the guide on How to Create a PDF Form.

I used that process for creating a PDF form.  Everything looks good and works well, EXCEPT, the submit button.  The submit button does not function.  Advice please.

PDF forms only work properly when using them in a program like Adobe Reader or Foxit.  If you are opening the fillable PDF in a different program or over the web it will not function correctly.
