We can't receive submissions when we want to try form

Hi - We've tested a form that we imported and we did not receive the results in an email. I also experienced this last week. Can you please tell me why this is happening? THis is critical to be working if we use this tool going forward.

When I check your form, I cannot find any specified recipient email address. You need to setup notification email in order to get submissions.

Ok, did you see my screen shots? We have a drop down and based o n the drop down we need the email to go to that email address. When I went to configure the email it wouldn’t even allow me to put an email in.

See attachment. Cannot add an email address to that area and the drop down isn’t giving me an other options!!!

Never mind, I See that you have to creat the notification first then go to the config and assign the notification.
