My email keeps getting put on the "bouce list."

    Each day when I go in to my jotform account I get a message saying my email address has been added to the bounce list.  Each day I tell it to take it off the bounce list and it does.  But then it appears again the next time.

    You seem to have fixed/removed your email address from the bounce list. You are using Hotmail, and your anti spam setting is maybe active and filtering your form emails as spam which is also causing our system to put your email address to our bounce list. 

    Please review your anti spam settings and make sure to do the following:

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your safe sender or contact list.

    2. Add or whitelist our jotform.com domain to your safe domain list.

    In Hotmail website, go to the following:

    Settings > Options > Mail > Junk Emails > Safe Sender > Add noreply@jotform.com > Save:
