    Hi,

    When I check recipient addresses eddiehayes1951@hotmail.com and loz_hayes@hotmail.com, none of them is in our bounce list. Also, I can confirm it from your email logs:

    You are able to check your email logs by yourself: How to View All Your Form Email History

    Another point I would like to remark that sometimes our e-mails can be dropped to the Junk folder. Please check your SPAM folder and if you find any e-mail from us in your SPAM, please mark it as not spam.
