Subscription & Initial Payment Option

We sell a product that requires an initial payment and ALSO an monthly payment.

How can I set this option up on my Jotfrom?

When setting up subscriptions there is an option to include an initial payment amount:

This allows for setting an up front payment amount different than the monthly subscription amount.
