I am looking for this. I would like to fill some data of the form that will be picked from a spreadsheet.
For example: user enters his user number, with that user number jotform will enter other fields of the form with data from the spreadsheet (name of the user, favorite templates, paying method, discounts etc..
Is this possible?

Hi
If you want to populate some form fields based on a unique code or key from the spreadsheet, then you can try using the Spreadsheet to Form widget. You can add widget to the form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.
I hope that helps.

Hi i would like to have a form with fields populated from a spreadsheet, but an online spreadsheet. I want a form for the daily menu of a restaurant. Every day the restaurant will update main dishes and the form will have every day the menú updated. Is that possible. With the widget you name here the spreadsheet must be uploaded with so that would not be the way to do it.
Thank you

Hello,
It is not possible to connect Google Spreadsheet in an inverse manner.
I am escalating the issue to our developers as a feature request. We will notify you via this thread when we implement this kind of application or widget. Unfortunately, I can't give you an ETA.
Thank you very much.
