How to clear form caches

I am having issues with the cache of my form, old orientation registration dates are not being removed from the form after deleting them.

Many of the users of our service register for dog training classes multiple times each year. When we update our Orientation dates within the form some of our clients are seeing the old dates that have been deleted from the form still appearing. I am guessing this is because the cache has not been deleted on many of our users browsers so the dates have not changed. Is there a way that you could clear the cache on your end to remove the outdated information?
