How can I share a document in return for an email address?

Hi,

I have made a document that I would like to share with my clients in return for their email address. I don't have a website yet and only work with a facebook page.

Is it possible to create something like a form that gives a preview of the document and after filling in your mail address you can download the full document?

Does anyone know how to this?

Are you referring to a form like this?

This will be displayed in the thank you page. You will be able to customize the look of your thank you message as well.

You will have to submit the form and then see how it looks in the thank you message page. There are lots of scope to further improve it as far as the layout is concerned and that can be looked into.
