Photo contract details for multiple clients

I am trying to find a way to send contracts to clients where I can fill out things like the date, time, and what's specifically included in their photo session. These are fields that will be different from client to client and I do not want the client to fill them in. I know I can use a pre populator, however, when each client has different dates, start times, etc, the pre populator won't work. Do I have to make a new contract for each client if they have different details in them or am I missing something? Thank you!

I think you can use our edit link feature for this and the conditional logic to send the email to your client.

Create the autoresponder email in the form (this is created by default).

Add the edit link in the email body

Add a conditional logic that if a field, let say the email field, is filled then send the autoresponder with the edit link to the email address entered in the form.

The client will receive the autoresponder email after you submit the form. They can click the edit link to fill their part and then re-submit the form.

Please try it and let us know if you need further assistance.
