    Hello CRECIMT,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to use your own domain to access your JotForm?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Custom Domain" feature. Please take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

You would need to add a CNAME record.  I am not quite familiar with your hosting providers interface so you may want to contact them for the appropriate place to insert the record.

Here's an article from Unbounce with steps on how to add a CNAME record to your Hostgator Cpanel:

    http://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/204011920-Setting-Up-Your-CNAME-with-HostGator-hostgator-com-.

I cannot seem to find this from Hostgator itself. This is an advanced function, so if you are not confident of doing it, ask Hostgator support instead.
