How to activate Enter Key and Get Special Instructions from Customer to Appear on Form

    Dear JotForm Support,

    We have not been able to get the Clariti Eyewear Order Form to Auto Send when a customer hits the Enter Key. Also, we are not receiving SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS on the order form when to customer Adds Comments and sends the form.

    If you need to receive email notifications for your form, you need to setup NOTIFICATIONS, not AUTORESPONDERS. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
