How do I add a place for a recipient to add a signature?

I am designing a jot form where I need the respondent to positively affirm the information provided by signing the form. I have had to do this with a jotform from a financial instituation. Can you guide me to how this can be done please?

You have to decide which widget you want to use. Just search the widgets for "sign" Then simply drag it onto your form.
