I am constantly receiving an email from you guys informing me that my email address is blocked. I have selected the removal each time I receive your message . . . but it's not working . . . What's going on????
This is not the first time I have contact SUPPORT regarding this issue, but no one has responded.
Please fix the problem - I am not receiving my customer orders . . .

I checked Page URL you have provided and both of the email recipients are not in our bounce list. Please test your form by filling up manually and clicking the Submit button to check if the email recipients are receiving the notification email properly.
Please contact your email provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. For more information (sender domain list, default email list, JotForm IP list), please visit this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
Also, we recommend you to use your own STMP settings as the Sender Email. To do that, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
