Customizing submit button styling

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to add a custom submit button. The type of button that I am wanting can be found on my homepage's slideshow - https://www.pixelempire.com/

As you can see, when the cursor hovers over the button there is a pixel animation effect. I would like this effect to be applied to my Jotform submit button.

The code that I use for the effect on my homepage is this - class="btn">Button

Any help would be most appreciated.

You may try adding custom CSS from the next link to the form to get something similar.
