How can I check how many views my form has had in the month?

If you are referring to the form view limit, you can refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits. The Account->Usage page would show you the current stats of your plan usage. 

If you are referring to views that is more for analytics, you can refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/425-Understanding-Form-Analytics-and-Ways-on-How-to-Get-Your-User-s-Info.
