Not receiving emails with form submissions

    Hi, I just created a form and am not receiving submissions. I've tried sending it to 2 different emails on 2 different servers, and using the default "from" address as well as a "from" address on our own server. I've also followed all the instructions on this help page:

    I have not been able to send emails to either of these: 

    kellycollier@elizur.com

    kncollier2@gmail.com

    I have checked the email history for your account and I can see the emails have been sent to your addresses, they do not seem to be in our bounce list either. 

    May be possible to emails ended up in the spam or junk folder, could you please kindly check these folders and find if emails are there? 

    I would also suggest you to set up an SMTP sender, you could ask for  the needed information to you email provider, here is the guide that will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
