Hi, I just created a form and am not receiving submissions. I've tried sending it to 2 different emails on 2 different servers, and using the default "from" address as well as a "from" address on our own server. I've also followed all the instructions on this help page:
This is the URL to my form:
I have not been able to send emails to either of these:Page URL:

I have checked the email history for your account and I can see the emails have been sent to your addresses, they do not seem to be in our bounce list either.
May be possible to emails ended up in the spam or junk folder, could you please kindly check these folders and find if emails are there?
I would also suggest you to set up an SMTP sender, you could ask for the needed information to you email provider, here is the guide that will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
If you want to use a Gmail address as sender, then this guide will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/392-How-to-Use-Your-Gmail-Account-as-Your-Email-Sender-via-SMTP
Hope this helps.

Please, also make sure there is not missing information on your email settings, this may be causing the issue:
