I believe you have blacklisted our account from having the submission emails come through. This is the third time I've noticed this, and you end up having to do a thing on your end, but there's nothing I can do on our end.

I see that your email address email@example.com is in our bounce list for the following reason.
Your email to group firstname.lastname@example.org was rejected due to spam classification.
I have now removed it from the bounce list and it should be receiving the emails normally. You may also remove the email address from the bounce list by following the guide below:
