Help with the name of a cloned form

Why does this cloned form keep the old name and not the new one?

You can update the Form Title in the Settings page. Click "Settings" in the top menu and you'll see the "Title" in the "Form Settings" section.

You might also need to update the "Page Title" of the form. Here's how:

1. Click "Settings" in the top menu. Go to "Form Settings" section and then click the "Show More Options" button.

2. Scroll down and you'll see the "Page Title". Please change it to your preferences.
