How can I configure form zo based on an answer (yes/no) user goes to the right section of the form and skips other questions?

Hi,
This is possible by using the Conditional Logic feature. You can hide or skip a page based on a user's input. Below is a direct link about the Skip Page functionality of the Conditional Logic feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/350-How-to-Skip-Pages-Using-Conditional-Logic.
If what you want is to display specific sections based on an answer, then the "Show"/"Hide" functionality of the Conditional Logic will also work. Here's a guide using the form collapse field to group fields and to show them based on user's input: https://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Form-Collapse-Tool
I hope that helps.
