When clicking the link in the email received to go back to the saved data, the link takes you back to the form but does not show it saved the data correctly. It does show the data saved correctly on the view submissions page. The 1st 3 on submission view screen are just test and the data is on the screen but does not appear after clicking the email link.

I have been testing your form and I can see the same you are reporting, but the issue seems related to the link you are sending in the email, the text seems to be showing fine while the hyperlink has some errors in the parameters.

I have also noticed there are some fields names in the link that do not exist in the forms, either the initial nor the main form. Please, try using this link instead to pre-populate the data and generate the session to save the data:
