Dear Support,
We are facing some issues when uploading some files in our form "Recrutement des solistes".
Please find the screenshot :
"Upload Error
Files could not be uploaded for some reason.
Please go back and fix the problem(s)".
Could you tell us when this can occur?
Moreover, what is the max weight for upload?
Thank you,
Mélanie

I have just tested your form uploading an image as well as a PDF file and it was successfully submitted.
Which file types were you trying to upload when the error appeared?
If you are looking to increase the max file upload, then this guide will help you doing it: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit
I hope this helps.

I think the issue occurs when there is a french accent é è etc... that is to say a special character in the filename.
Weirdly, in my tests, it worked for Mélanie.jpg but not for Mélanie.pdf
Do you confirm my analysis?
Thank you so much.

I have been testing your form and I cannot replicate the issue, I have tested with a file named â-ê-î-ô-û.jpg and it was successfully uploaded.
May be that there was an temporary connection error at the moment the file was uploading, may be possible to get one of the files that trigger the error?
If so, please email it to support@jotform.com including this thread ID in the subject "1196808".
I would also recommend you to test your form using the direct link and see if the same issue happens, you may also try or suggest your users to try to submit the form while connected to a different networks or different device.
Please, let us know how it goes.
