How to display the result based on the answers on the form?

I have a question form in silgle choice options and at the end i would like to compile how many answers were correct and how many were wrong.

How can i do that?

On the Submissions page, you can filter the fields so that it will only show the data you want. Here's how:

1. In My Forms page, select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.

2. On the Submissions page, click the "Options" icon. You can un-check the fields that you don't want to show. Once you're done, click the "Options" icon again to save the changes.

3. Once filtered, you can export it to an Excel or CSV file.

My form will be an online test, so I need it to tell me which answers were correct and wrong.

Please don't forget to enable the "Show Results to user after submission." option in the Quiz App.

I would also like to have an item that tells me when I'm disapproved, is it possible?

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Could you provide us with more information on what item that you are referring to if disapproved?  If you are referring to set a condition based on the Quiz results, unfortunately, it is not possible with Quiz Form app. 

You may consider assigning values to the fields and calculate them manually to find the score. Then you may set the condition on the score as per your requirement.

As you can see above I did a QUIZZ FORM, and at the end of filling it up the app for quizz shows the result. I need the form to let you know when the user misses less than 100% of the answers. you understand?

There's a percentage score in the Result field. It shows you the "Score (2/3)" and the percentage (66.7%).

Just like what my colleague said, it is not possible to use a condition that shows whether the user passed or failed based on the score.

On the Quiz App, there's an option for you to customize the Results page. You'll see the "Use Custom Results Page" under the "Show Results to user after submission" option. You can just a description here that states the passing and failing score.

I checked the quiz app and all the data is correct. But some people are filling in with the correct answers and at the end they appear with an "X" as if it were wrong.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and set some answers with QuizForm app. When I tried to submit the form, it displayed the answers correctly. Could you verify the answers selected on the form QuizForm app once again? Also, please try enabling the option 'Include Correct Answer on Incorrect response.' in the Quiz Form app so that it displays the answer on the results page?

I took the test and returned to normal. But I point out that I did not make any changes to the quiz, it simply started to show the results as if they were wrong.

I have now tried submitting your JotForm and see that the correct values are displayed as correct.
