Completed form is not being transmitted to my email acct as configured

    I originaly send an email request for support on July 13th and have had zero response.

    Completed form is not being transmitted to my email acct as currently configured. If this issue is not addressed soon, rather than continue and upgrade, I'll simply work with one of your competitors.

    Your previous post about this issue was actually responded to in timely manner. I found it here

    As of this checking none of your emails are in bounce list. And I also checked the sent email logs and it shows that submission emails were being sent successfully to the intended recipient emails.

    You can review the sent email logs as well.

    I also suggest checking your mail spam or junk folder. It is possible emails were being redirected/filtered by your email service.
