Storage space not cleared after deleting many files?

I delleted many files with the pourpose of increase my upload space, which os not happening. Why os that?

I have checked your account and see that there are 51 submissions in the form with 118 uploaded files. These files are currently occupying about 96MB of storage space. If you want to clear the storage space, you'll be needed to delete the submissions that are uploaded with files. 

Please note that the submissions once deleted cannot be recovered in any way. If you want to export the data before deleting the submission, please refer to the guide below:
