Why won't calculation field work correctly

I have an order for at: https://form.jotformpro.com/71026107983960 The calculation field is not working correctly. It is not adding some fields when they are selected and when I leave the form and come back to it, there are values in the calculation that haven't been selected.  I am not sure how to set the calculation up as there doesn't seem to be any clear directions on which fields to select.

I have been checking your form and found that your fields have pre-selected options, this is why that even if you reload the page they are still selected.

To remove the predefined selected options, click on the gear icon, go to the advanced tab and set the "selected by default" as empty:
