What is submission storage?

Hi there,

I am currently on the free plan and reading what additional benefits upgrading will give me. With the 'submission storage' is this the storage space just for submitted forms or does it include the uploads as well? Also it says 500, is that 500MB? How much space would for example my POP form take up?

Also is there a way to remove the jotform from the URL in upgrading? Or would that just be done by embedding the form into our website?

Please note that the submission storage is the number of submissions that can be stored in your account. Free accounts are limited to store only 500 recent submissions. Any new submissions received after the limit, the oldest submission will be deleted. This is not related to the upload space. The upload space provided for Free accounts is 100MB.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the storage space required for your file since the file sizes vary for each submission and number of submissions received. For creating file upload forms and more information, please refer to the guide How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms.

It is required to upgrade your account in order to remove the JotForm branding on your form. You may embed the form on your website without any issue even the JotForm banner is displayed on the form. The banner will be displayed at the bottom of the form on your website.
