Please try using a different browser. If the editor works there, then that means the current browser needs updating or needs to be refresh. We suggest using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You seem to be using IE?
When I say refresh, you need to clear your browsing preferences including your browser cookies and cache. Here are guides that you can follow to clear your browser preferences:

If clearing won't help, please try checking your browser console for possible errors. Here are guides that would help you check the console:
