When does the monthly limit start over?

We have reached our monthly submission limit for the month. Will it start over tomorrow? or the day that we signed up for the paid account?

The limit reset happens every 1st day of the month regardless of the registration or upgrade date. I can see that your submission counter is now back to 0.
