Is there a hosted solution option for JotForm?

Hi. We've been a paid JotForm subscriber for some time and love the product. However, we don't like promoting an URL outside of our company's domain. Is there a hosted solution option?

Unforutnately, self-hosted JotForm application is no longer available. However, it is possible to use custom domains with the web based application. Please refer to the guide below:
