Autoresponder not working

    In my form: https://form.jotform.co/71357758951873 I am not receiving the email notifications.. why?

    Sorry I mean the Autoresponder. The email notifications are working fine but the Autoresponder email is not.

    I did a test submission to the form you have provided and I received the Autoresponder Email instantly. I checked your Autoresponder Settings and I can see that it is configured properly. Here's the Autoresponse Email that I have received:

    Could you please try it again? If the issue persists, try a different email address or please provide the email address that is not receiving the Autoresponder Email.
