Our college is hearing from prospective students who are having difficulties fulfilling their application form and tuition form. I've been told there's a variety of browsers being attempted. Can you provide any insight as to what may be going wrong?

I see that your forms are using Authorize.net payment gateway. Since the forms are using live mode, we are unable to send a test submission. Could you let us know if there is any error message displayed on the form while submitting the form? If so, please provide us with the exact error message displayed or the screenshot of the issue so that we can look into the issue further.
