I can't find my survey anymore

When I click on https://form.jotformpro.com/nmhgmarketing/SNOWPostLaunchSurvey, I get a 404 error.

It could be that you might have change its custom URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form 

If you do not find the form in your "My Forms" page, please check the trash folder: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms
