Is it possible for those who submit forms to get an email confirming receipt?

I hope that this email finds you well. We have developed an application using JotForm and are wondering whether JotForm has the capability of automatically sending an email to each submitter informing them that we have received their application. Thank you in advance for your help.

You need to make sure you have a field that captures your customers emails. Then in your email settings add an autoresponder. It should email your customer what they entered on the form after submission.
