When encrypted files are emailed, can the email subject line still include a piece of information from the form?

We have a new account form that is encrypted and goes to multiple account managers. They are all complaining because they have to open every single form to see if it's theirs or not.

Is there a way to include the customer's company name in the subject field?

    Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, you cannot use dynamic field values in the subject line if the form is encrypted. However, you can use static values like this:

    Here's the result:

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hi there, so that means it'll always say 'Company Name' and not actually pull the name from the form?

You can setup an email notification for each manager.
