    Hi I tested my email & my form which I filled out and the photo I uploaded on the form I could not see on my email.

    Can you please have a look for me and see if I did this right.

    My web designers will be adding the form today to my website hence the urgency.

    Regarding the photo I was thinking just after the submit button as an add on to the end of the form

    Can you please change the yellow line and make it the same Blue colour that I have and the same thickness?I also wanted to add the following photos on the bottom of the form Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Upon checking, all the changes you want are already applied to your form.

    I can see the image at the bottom of your form.

    The yellow line is also now in color blue.

    If you want to add the image in the email, you will have to upload it there manually. Here's how to edit the email notification template https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders.

    Can you please tell me what to tell my web developers to do to get this
    working on the website?
    Do they need to install the plugin or just embed the form.
    This is what they have done:
