The payment authorization forms for my Snow School event are not accessible. How do I resolve this?

I have checked the "Payment Authorization Form" section on your form and I'm able to open the document you have embedded there: 

However, your users can only access the file, but it's not possible to modify it, if you would like them to fill the doc and send it back to you, then you will need to add a file upload field, this guide will help you to accept attachments on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms
