Potential applicants are complaining that they are not been given an option to save or submit their application. We have not received any submissions from those who say they have completed the form either so I am not sure what the issues are. I myself have just tried the form again and there is so save or submit option, when you go to preview your application the screen goes blank and if you refresh you are required to start the form all over again. I would be grateful if someone could help.

I cloned your form and I can see that you added the Preview Before Submit widget. Please try removing it, for now only selected widget is working properly in the Card Forms (New Form Layout). See image below:
- Go to your form, select the Preview Before Submit widget and click the Remove button.
