Why do I need to upgrade in order to create/clone more forms?

When I try and clone a form or create a new one, Jotform is telling me I need to upgrade. However, I only currently have 22 active forms (and a load of disabled archived forms) and am allowed up to 25 on my Bronze plan.

    Please can you assist urgently.

    Hello,

I have checked your account and it shows 118 forms, those are grandfathered and you should be asked to upgrade the account whenever you attempt to create/clone a form. You may edit the existing forms though.

    I hope this information helps.

    Regards.

    Hi Aury,

I only have 22 active forms though and have been bronze for sometime despite having all of these extra forms archived.

Elsewhere I have read that the number of forms in the package does NOT include archived inactive forms, otherwise I would have to upgrade to the unlimited package which I don't want - I'll just go elsewhere if this is the case.

I can see most of your forms are archived, but there are some of them that are still enabled, please disable them in order to get the free space and be able to create/clone new forms.

This guide will help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form

Disabled forms will not be counted and you should be able to create/clone forms as long as you do not reach the limit with your active forms.

Also, note that even if your forms have been disabled, you are still able to access your submissions.
