New Form Layout: Image Preview Upload widget is not working on iPhone

The form works perfect on the iphone except the last one with the submit button wont let you submit. It is a widget to upload a picture. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Considering that I do not have iPhone my colleague tested your form and he was able to replicate mentioned issue. The image cannot be uploaded and the form cannot be submitted. 

I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved. 

For now I can only suggest you to use the File Upload field.
