We're receiving blank forms

    Have received 4 jot form submissions yesterday that are blank. I filled in one myself and it came through fine yesterday, butthis morning another 2 came in blank. I was unable to submit unless I filled out all the fields - how is this happening? I'm including one of the email notifications. I checked in with my account online and all 6 that I have mentioned are blank. I'm going on holidays next beginning this afternoon, so would love to hear back before then.

    I tested your stand alone form. And was unable to reproduce the error. It seems the stand alone form is working. Its likely that the problem is only on your embedded form.

    The solution to this is to use the iFrame embed method. This ensures the embedded form will behave identically to the stand alone form.
