Could you check the calculation on this form please:
It does not seem to be including the "Other Total" which is an earlier calculation near the top of the form that only comes into play if someone choose "Other" from the initial Class dropdown.

Try this form(A clone of your form) but I have modified and shortened conditions.
Kindly let me know if this form works for you.
What I have done is simplify the show conditional logic to one logic and did the boat calculations using your formula.

Thanks I've tidied up the logic but the sub total is still working at the bottom of the page just above the payment on your form or mine. Could you take a look?

You are experiencing this problem because there is a missing other value in the calculation values area. If you do not have an initial value for the other value, you should write 0.You have 7 lines ,so the 0 on the first line applies to the empty state.
