- SasanalyticsuAsked on August 16, 2017 at 12:03 PMI am having the same issue. You can only open our forms now on Safari. IE, Chrome and Firefox will not allow us to open the form anymore. I have checked the Proxy Server settings on all and none are using any proxies. Very weird. Did jot form make any changes to the software recently that would result in these new issues?

Are you unable open your forms or submit them?
I tested your forms on IE, Chrome and Firefox, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. The forms are loaded properly in all browsers.
I was also able to submit the form.
Do you still have issues with your forms? If so, please provide us more details about the issue. If there is some error message shown on your end, please provide us a screenshot of that error message.
If the forms are embedded, please provide us the website URL so that we can test the forms there.
